The follovring information from the Registry of the International
Court of Justice is communicated to the Preno~

A.t the hearing s of the Court in the South 1,:Vt esAfricL .~ases on
19 October 1962, l'..lD., P. de Villiers, S.e., Counsel for the
Gove:rnment of the Hepublic of South Africa addreoGed the Court in
his oral reply. Fcfih reference to the questions put to the Parties
by tv•o Members of the Court, he asked the Court not to consider his
reply as completed but to all0>7 hirn to conclude it at a hearing which
might be held on iVionday22 October, at ·,7hich he would nnsrŒr the
questions,

It >7118 GO decided. At the bearing on 22 October, after the
oral reply and the answers given to the questiona on behalf cf South
Africa 9 the Agent for Ethiopia and Liberia will be called upon, to
make his oral rejoinder and to give his replies to the questions.

lo Cour do ne pos considérer so répliquè comme achevée mois de
1 outoriser à ne la terminer que lors d!une audience qui pourroit
avoir lieu lundi 22 octobre et où il répondrait aux questions.

Il en o été ainsi décidé. Au cours de lToudience du 22 octobre,
ct après la fin de la réplique orale et les réponses oux questions
