la Jamahiriya arabe libyenne populaire et socialiste a introduit une
instance contre les Etats-Unis d'Amériqueau sujet d'un «différend entre
la LibyeetlesEtats-Unis concernant l'interprétationou l'application dela
convention de Montréalu 23septembre 1971,différendqui trouve sonarising from acts resulting in the aerial incident that occurred over

Lockerbie,Scotland,on 21December 1988;
Whereas at a meeting between the Vice-President of the Court, exer-
cisingthe functions ofthe presidency inthe case,and the representatives
of the Parties held on5 June 1992,the Parties agreed on the time-limits
setout below,

Fixesasfollowsthe time-limitsforthe written proceedings :

20 December 1993for the Memorial of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya;
20 June 1995 for the Counter-Memorial of the United States of

Arnerica; and
Reservesthe subsequent procedure forfurther decision.

the Peace Palace, The Hague, this nineteenth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and ninety-two,in three copies,one ofwhichwillbe placed
