ORDONNANCE

Le Vice-Présidentde la Cour internationale de Justice, faisant fonction
de Président en vertu de l'article 13du Règlement de la Cour,

Vu l'article8 du Statut de la Cour et l'article 37 du Règlement de la
Cour,
Vu l'ordonnance du 3 décembre 1971 reportant au 22 décembre1971
la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôtdu mémoiredu Gouvernement
indien,

Considérant que le mémoire du Gouvernement indien a été déposé
dans le délai ainsi prescrit;

Considérant que le Gouvernement pakistanais a fait connaître ses vues
sur le temps dont il avait besoin pour préparer son contre-mémoire et
que le Gouvernement indien a indiqué son désirde présenter une réplique
au contre-mémoire que déposerait le Gouvernement pakistanais;

Fixe comme suit la date d'expiration des délais pour la suite de la
procédure:
Pour le dépôt du contre-mémoire du Gouvernement pakistanais, le

ORDER

The Vice-President of the International Court of Justice, Acting
President under Article 13of the Rules of Court,

FIaving regard to Articl48 of the Statute of the Court and to Article
37 of theRules of Court,
Having regard to the Order of 3December 1971, extending to 22 De-
cember 1971the time-limit for the filing of the Memorial of the Govern-
ment of India,

Whereas the Memorial of the Government of India was filed within
the time-linlit so fixcd;
Whereas the Government of Pakistan has made known its views on
the time needed for the preparation of its Counter-Mernorial, and the
Government of India has indicated that it wishes to submit a Reply to the

Counter-Memorial to be filedby the Government of Pakistan;

Fixes as follows the time-limits for the further proceedings:
For the filing of the Counter-Mernorial of theGovernment of Pakistan:
29 February 1972; Pour le dépôt de la réplique du Gouvernement indien, le 30 niars
1972:
Pour le dépôtde la duplique du Gouvernement pakistanais, le 28 avril
1972.

Fait en franqais et en anglais, le texte franqais faisant foi, au palais de la
Paix, à La Haye, le dix-neuf janvier mil neuf cent soixante-douze, en trois
exemplaires, dont l'un restera déposé aux archivesde la Cour et dont les

autres seront transmis respectivement au Gouvernement indien et au
Gouvernement pakistanais.
