M. Castro-,%al, iiiiaul kuter, Sir Kumplrey Waldock, II.Paul Guggen-
heim ad ivi,Roberto Ago in their prestnt~tion of the case on behdf
of the Spanlsh Goverment.
The next hearing wili be held on Fiednesday, 1 April 1364 EL^
10,30 .am, when Counselfor the Spanish Goverment will continue the
presentation of their case.

Au cours des duuze audiences qui ont eu lieu entre Le
mercredi12 mars et le mercredi 25 mrs 1964 et qui ont été consacrees
aux exceptions préliminaires en Zvaff~ire de la Barcelona Traction,
Iiight2nd Power Company, Linited (nouvelle requête : 1962) (~elgique c.
~spagne), la Cour a entendu M. Juan W. Castro-Fdd, M. Paul Reuter,
sir Humphrey li.ialdock,idi,Paul Guggenheim et Tvi.Aoberto Ago, lesquels
ont présent4 la thèse du Gouvernement espagnol.
La Cour se réunira de nouveau le mercredi ler avril. '1961,à 10 h 30.
