actucllcment inspecteur des Affaires politiques et adininistratives au
ministère de 1lIntérieur (~mnbod~e) sera entendu comme témoin présonté
pcr le Gouvernement du Cambodge.

ha il and)the Court heard H.S.H. Prince Vongsamahip Jayankura, Agent for
the Gove~nnent of Thailand, His &cellenc)- M. R. Seni Pramoj, Professor
Henri Rolin, Sir Frank Soskice and ?k. Jaries Idevins Iiyde, Counsel for the
Cavernment of Thailand, present the case on behalf of tl-iat Government.
The next hearing vrill be held by the Cmrt on Thursday, 15 1:iarch
at 10.30a.m. M. Suon Bonn, former Governor of ICompongThon, at present
Inspector Political and Administrative Affairs, IvIinistry of the Int srior
(~ambodiij, will be heard as a witness presented by the Government of
