La Cour internationale de Justice tiendra à partir du mardi 6
mai à 11 h. au Palais de la Paix à La Haye dm audiences en l'affaire
de 1'Anglo-Iraninn Oil Company, introduite par le Gouvernement du
Royaume-Uni contre le Gouvernement de l'Iran.
Lc Gouvernement de l'Iran anit déposé une exception préliminaire
pour contester la compétcnce de la Cour. Le 27 mars, le Gouvzrncment
du Royaume-Uni a présenté au Greffe.un exposé écrit contenant sos
observations et conclusions sur cette exception, exposé qui a été
transmis le mcme jour à 11agent du Gouvernement de 1' Iran. Les
audiences qui conunenceront le 6 mai seront consacrées Q entendre les
plaidoiries des deux parties sur la.question de la compétence de la
Cour.

challenging the jurisdiction of thc Court. On March 27th, the United
Kingdom Cavernment filed in the Registry a written statement of its
Observations and Submissions upon ttiisObjection, which was the same
day transmitted to the Apnt for the Iranim Government. At the
