internationale de Justice ont été communiqués à la Presse:
Le Ministre des Affairesétrangères de L'Iran a aviséla
Cour internationakd ee Justice que le IdinistredtIran à La Haye,
S,Exc. Hossein Navab, avait été désigné corne agent près la
Courcn l'affaire de liAnglo-Irania Oil Company,
On se souvient quo cette affaire avait été introduite,
lo 26 mai 1951, par le Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni contrele
Gouvernement de 1iLran.

The following information from the Rcgistry of the
International Court of Justicehes been communicated to the Press:
The MinisLer for Foreign Affai~s of Iran has infomed the
Internationa lourtof Justice that the Irala I4inistcrat The
Hague, His Ekccllency Hossein Navab,has becn appointed Agent
before the Court in the hglo-Iranian Oil Company Case,
Itwill be recailed that proceedings in this case were
institutcd on Uay 26th, 1951, by the United Kingdom Govsrment
against the Iranian Go'trernment.
