Court of Justice is cormnicated to the Press.
Today, 1.iay lst, 1959, the International Court of Justice held
two hearings in the case concerning sovereignty over certain frdntier
land (~el~iwn/~etherlands).
14. C. R. C. Wijckerheld Bisdom, ~o~hsel, continued the
presentation of the case for the Goverment OCthe Netherlands.
The presentation of the case will continue at the hearing to 1
be held on May 2nd, 1959, at 10.30 a.m.

La Cour interriationale de Justice a tenu aujourd'hui vendredi
ler mai 1959 deux audiences en l'affaire relative à la souveraineté
sur certaines parcelles frontalières (Belgique/Pays- as) .
Ne I,iijckcrheld Bisdom, conseil, a continué Ilexposé de la thèse
du gouvernement néerlandais.
Cet exposé sera poursuivi au cours de l'audience qui siouvrira
le 2 mai 1959 à 10h.30.
