Court of Justice has baen comunjcated to the Press:

The hternationd Court of Justice to-day (February Ilth, 1955)
held a public sitting ai 10.303.m. at the Peace Palace in The Hague,
in the IVottebohm case (Liechtenstein against ~uatemala )

The President of the Court ceUed upon Mr. Jmes 4. S, Pawcett,
Counselfor the delegation of Liechtenstein, ta addr~ssthe Court on
the question of nEw documents vhich have been subrdtted by Guntemak
after the closuro of 'clle written procoedings.VI, Fmett subrnits
that these docwn8nts, with certain exceptions, should bz excluded, on
the &round that they have been subrnitted out of Lime.

?&tse Hanri RoXin, Consel for the delegation of haterula, was
then called upon to address the Court. He explahed the reasons why the
documents in question i~repc submitted belatedly.

The President then mnounced tlzat the Courtwdd consider the
question aiid give its dscision ladter. The ne* sitting will be held
on Fzbruary 12th, 1955, at 10.30 a,m., to hear the Agent of the

Eovernment of L-iechtenstein on the nizrits of the céls¢.
