Today, Ockaber bth, 1953, the International Court of Justice held
a hearing in the Minguiors 2nd Ecrehos casc, during which Mr. G. G.
FitwnaurTce, Counsel for the United Kingdom Government, concluded the
oralseply on behalf of that Govcrnmcnt.

The ne& hearing of the Court wiL1 be held on Wcdacsday, October
7th, 1953, at 4 p.rn., ai which the Professor Gros, the Agentof the
Govenunent of the French Republic, will bcgb the oral rejoinder on
behalE of that Government.
