J'ai voté l'arrêtmettant fin au procès intenté par la Nouvelle-Zélande
à la France; tout comme je l'ai fait pour l'arrêtfaisant le mêmesort au
procès qu'intentà la mêmeépoque, l'Australie à la France pour ses
essais nucléaires à Mururoa, possession française dans le Pacifique.
A la suite de l'arrêtdans l'affaire Australie c. France j'ai émis une
opinion individuelle qui vaut, mutatis mutandis, pour le présent arrêt
rendu dans l'affaire Noui~elle-Zélandec. France.

1 have voted in favour of the Judgment which has brought to an end
the proceedings instituted against France by New Zealand, just as 1voted
for the Judgment which likewise terminated the proceedings brought at
the same time by Australia on account of France's nuclear tests at
Mururoa, a French possession in the Pacific.
To the Judgment in the case brought by Australia against France 1
appended a separate opinion which is also applicablemutatis mutandis,
to the present Judgment, delivered in New Zealand's case against France.
