Makes thefollowingrder:

Having regard to the Order of23November 1966extendingto 24April
1967and 2 October 1967respectivelythe time-limits for thef the
Reply of the Government of Belgiumand theoinder of the Govern-
ment of Spain;
4 Considérant que,par lettre du 6 avril 1967,l'agent du Gouvernement
belge a, pour les raisons par lui indiquées, demandéle report au 15 mai
1967de la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôtde la réplique;

Considérant que le 7 avril 1967 copie certifiéeconforme de ladite
lettre a été communiquéeà l'agent du Gouvernement espagnol, qui a été
invitéà faire connaître les vues de son gouvernemeàtcet égard;
Considérant que,par lettre du 11avril 1967,l'agent du Gouvernement
espagnol a fait connaître que sonouvernement ne soulèvepas d'objec-
tion et laisse entièrementl'appréciation dela Cour la suiteà donner
à la requêtedu Gouvernement belge,

S'étantrenseignéeauprèsdes Parties,
Reporte au 16mai 1967la date d'expiration du délaifixépour le dépôt
de la répliquedu Gouvernement belge, et en conséquenceau 24 octobre
1967la date d'expiration du délaifixpéour le dépôtde la duplique du

Gouvernement espagnol.
Fait en français et en anglais, le texte français faisant foi, au palais
de la Paix, La Haye, le douze avril mil neuf cent soixante-sept,en trois
exemplaires, dont l'un restera déposé aux archivesdela Cour et dont les
autres seront transmis respectivement au Gouvernement belge et au
Gouvernementespagnol.

(Signé)S. AQUARONE. Whereas, by a letter dated 6April 1967,the Agent forthe Government
of Belgium, for the reasons therein set out, requested the extension to
15May 1967 ofthe time-limit for the filing of the Reply;
Whereas, on 7 April 1967,a certified true copy of the aforementioned
letter was transmitted to the Agent for the Government of Spain who
was asked to make known the views ofthat Government on the request;

Whereas, bya letter dated 11April 1967,the Agent forthe Government
of Spain stated that that Government raised no objection and left it
entirely to the Court to decide upon the action to be taken onthe request
of the Belgian Government,

THE COURT,
Having ascertained the views of the Parties,

Extends to 16 May 1967the time-limit for the filing of the Reply of
the Government of Belgium and consequently to 24 October 1967the
time-limit for the filing of the Rejoinder of the Government of Spain.

Done in French and in English, the French text being authoritative,
at the Peace Palace, The Hague, this twelfth day of April, one thousand
nine hundred and sixty-seven,in three copies, one of which willbe placed
in the archives of the Court and the others transmitted to the Govern-
ment of Belgium and to the Government of Spain, respectively.
