Vu l'ordonnance du 28 août 1958 par laquelle le délaifixépour le
dépôt de la duplique du Gouvernement deInde a été reportéau
25 novembre 1958;
4 Whereas, by a letter dated October 31st, 1958, the Agent for the
Government of India requested that the time-limit for the filing
of the Rejoinder be extended to January 25th, 1959;

Having ascertained the views of the Parties,

Decides to extend the time-limit for the filing of the Rejoinder
of the Government of India to January 26th, 1959.

Done in English and in French, the English text being authori-
tative, at the Peace Palace,The Hague, this sixth day of November,
one thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight, in three copies, one of
which will be placed in the archives of the Court and the others
transmitted to the Government of the Portuguese Republic and
the Government of the Republic of India, respectively.

Considérant que, par lettre du31 octobre 1958,l'agent du Gou-
vernement de l'Inde a demandé que le délai pour le dépôt de la
duplique soit reporté au25 janvier1959;

Aprèss'êtrerenseignéeauprès des Parties,

Décidede reporter au 26 janvier1959 la date d'expiration du
clClaifixépour le dépôt de la duplique du Gouvernement de l'Inde.
Fait en anglais et en français, le texte anglais faisant foi, au
Palais de la Paix, à La Haye, le six novembre mil neuf cent cin-
quante-huit, en trois exemplaires, dont l'un restera déposéaux
archives de la Cour et dont les autres seront transmis respectivement

au Gouvernement de la République du Portugal et au Gouverne-
ment de la République de l'Inde.
