The following information fromthe Registry of the Inter-
national Court of Justice has been comicated to the Press:
'i'o-day, November 6th, 1958, the International Court of
Justice held a Public Hearing in the Interhandel Case (~reljminar-y
0b jections ) between Swit zerland and the United States of America,
during which the Agent for the Government of the United States bf
America, the Hon. Loftus Becker, concluded the presentation of his
Government 1s case.
The next hearing of the Court will be held on Saturday,
November @th, at 10.30 a.m., at which the the Agent for the Swiss
Governrnent will begin the presentation of his Governmentls case.

Les renseignements suivants, émanant du Greffe de la Cour
internationale de Justice, ont été mis à la disposition de la.
presse :
La Cour internationale de Justice a tenu aujourd'hui
6 novembre 1958 une audience publique ,dans l'affaire de 1IInter-
handel (~xceptions entre la Suisse et les Etats-
Unis dIAmérique, au cours de laquelle l'Honorable Loftus Becker,
agent du Gouvernement des Etats-Unis dlkmérique,a terminé l'exposé
de la thèse de son Gou~rerneinent.
La prochaine audience de la Cour aura lieu le samedi 8 no-
vembre, à 10 h.30. L'Agent du Gouvernement suisse présentera
alors la thèse de son Gouvernement.
