The folloiving informtion from the Registry of the Internatioml
Court of Justice has been corrmunicated to thc Press.

To-day, Hpril 28th, 1959, the Lntern?,tional Court cf Justice
held two hearings in the case concerning sovereigniy over certain

frontier land (~el~ium/i\~ctherlancis).

Me Grégoire continued to put the cnse for the Relgian Govern-
ment.

The presentation of the case !.ri11 continue at the hearing to
be held on April 29th, 1959, at 10.30 a.m.
