La Cour intérnat ionsle de Justice a tenu aujourd 1hui 26 se$embre
deux audiences en llaffaire du droit de Tassage sur territoire indien
(lortugal c. Inde).
Sir Frank Çoskice, ancien AttorneyLieneral d.ihgleterre, a pour-
suivi l'exposé de la thése du Gouvernenent de 1lInde. Il reprendra
la parole à l'audience qui slouvrira demain vendredi 27 septembre à
10 h. 30.

The following information ?rom the Xsgistry of the International
Court of Justice ha.s been comnunicated to the Press:
To-day, Sept ember 26th, the International Court of Justice held
two sittings irithe case of the Right of Passage over L~dian Territory
(portugzl x. 1nd.ia).
Sir Frank Soskice, former Attorney-General cf Bngland, continued
to argue the. case for the Government of India. He will continue his
speech at the morning sitting of tomorrow, Friday, September 27th,
ôt 10.30.
