en l'affaire du. droit de pessage sur territoire indien (~ortu~al c. Inde),
au cou-rs de laqii-elle 1'Attorney General du.Gouvernement de 1 'Inde,
Sliri K,C. Setslvad, a terminé la réplique orale au nom du Gouvernement
de l'Inde et a dannélecture de certaines conclusions complémentaires de
son Gouvernement.

The following infornetion from,the Registry of the International
Court of Justice has been com-iwiicated to the Press:

To-day the International Court of Justice held one sitting in
the case of the Eight of passage over Indiân Territory (~ortugal.1.
1ndia) , at ~ihich the Attorney-Genercrl of India, Shri I2.C. Setalvad,
a concluded t!?e oral reply on Sehalf of the Government of India and

rezd certain supplementary submissions of his Government.

The representatives of.the Government of Portugal will present
their oral Rejoinder at the next sitting, on Thursdag, October loth,
at 4 p.m.
