La Cour internationale de Justice a tenu aujourd'hui deux
audiences en l'affaire relative à certains emprunts norvégiens
(France c. Norvhge). Au cours de ces mdiences, M. André Gros,
Jurisconsulte du Ministère des Affaires étrangères, Agent du
Gouvernement francais, a terminé ltexposé de la thèse de ce
Gouvernement. I

La prochaine audien-ce de la Cour s'ouvrira le vendredi
17 mai à 10h. 9. La parole sera alors donn6e aux représentants
du Gouvernement norvegien pour lfex~os6 de la thhse de ce

Gouvernement .

The following information frorn the Registry of the International
Court of Justice has been communicated to the Press:

The International Court of Justice to-day held two sittings in
the case of Certain Norvregian Loans (France v. Norway). In the course
of these sittings, M. AndrO Gros, Legal Adviser of the Einistry for
Foreign Affairs, Agent of the French Government, concluded the state-
ment of the views of that Govemnent.

The next sitting of the Court will open at 10.30 a.m. on Friday,
May l7th, &en the representatives of the Norwegian Government wrll
be called on to present the arguments of that Government.
