The folloming informtion from the Registry of the International
Court of Justice is communicated to the Press:
On Tuesday, 4 April 1961, the International Court of Justice
will meet in priva.te under Judge Basdevant, who is at present
diacharging the duties of President in accordance viith Article 12,
paragraph 2, of the Rules of Court, to elect its President and Vioe-
President and to deal with a number of financial and administrative
matters.
On Monday, 10 April, public hearings in the case concerning the
Temple of Preah Vihear (Cambodia 1. i ha-iland) will begin at an hour
to be fixed and communicated later.
These hearings will be confined to the Preliminary Objectiom
submitted by Thailand to the jurisdiction of the Court to entertain
this case (~ee Communiqués 60/13 and 60/17). O

tionale de Justice sont mis à la disposition de la presse :
.O Le mrdi 4 avril 196~la Cour internationale de Justice se réunira
en séanceprivée sousla présidence de M. Basdevant, qui exerce les
fonctions de Président conformément à l'article 12, paragraphe 2, du
Règlemerrt, pour élire son Président et son Vice-Président et traiter
de diverses questions financières et administratives.
Le 10 avrules audiences publiques en llaffaire du Temple de
Préah Vihéar (Cambodge c. haïl lande) slouvriront à une heure qui sera
annoncée plus tard.
Ces audiences seront limitées à l'examen des exceptions préli-
minaires A la juridiction de la Cour soulevées par la Thaïlande
(voir communiqués 60/13 et 60/17 ).
