En la seconde phase de lraff aire du droit de passagesur terri-
toire indien (Portugal c, Inde), la Cour a tenu quatre audiencesles
5 et 6 octobre 1959, pour entendre ?W. Bourquin et "Telles tedner
lieqosé de la thkse du Gouvernement du Portugal. M. Telles a déposé
les conclusions de son Gouvernement.

a In 'the second phase of the case concerning Eght of Passaze
over Fndian Territory (~orku~al z. India) the Court held four
hearbgs on 5 and 6 October 1959, in the course of which filBourquin
and M. Telles concludecl the statermnt of the case on bekialf of t27e
Governent of Portugal. M. Sellesf iled the submisslons of his
Governmmt.
The Agent for the Governent of India having asked for an
interval before opening the czse on behalf of his Goverment,
the next sitting of the Comt will be on Friday, 9 October at
10.30in the forenoon.
