Incident aérien du 27 juillet 1955 (Israël c. Bulgarie) - Audiences du 18 mars 1959

Les renseignements suivants émanant du Greffe de la Cour inter-

nationale de Justice ont été mis à la disposition de la presse:

La Cour internationale de Justice a tenu ~'ujourdfhui deux audiences
consacrées aux exceptions préliminaires soulevées par le Gouverne-
ment bulgare en liaf faire rehtive à llincident aérien du 27 juillet
1955 (1sraël c. Bulgarie).

Au cours de ces audiences, ivi.Missim Ilevorah, agent du Gouverne-
ment bulgare, puis M. Evguéni Kamenov, minis-tre de Bulgcrie à Paris,
puis enfin T4ePierre Cot, Professeur agrégé des Facultés de Droit, ont
poursuivi l'exposé de la thèse bulgare.

Cet exposé sera teminé lors,de llauclience que la Cour tiendra
demain 19 mars 1959 à 10 heures 30.
