Les renseignements suivants émanant du Greffe de la Cour
internationale de Justice ont été mis à la disposition de la
presse :

La Cour internationale de Justice a tenu aujourd'hui
deux audiences en l'affaire relative à certains emprunts
norvégiens r ran c. e~orvège) .

La parole a été donnée à M. André Gros, Jurisconsulte du
Ministere des Affaires étrangeres, Agent, puis à M. le Bâtonnier
Marcel Poignard, du Bareau de Paris, Avocat, qui ont commencé
lfedqosé de la thèse du Gouvernement français.
M~ Marcel Poignard continuera cet exposé lors de la prochaine

audience de la Cour qui s ouvrira demain, 14 mai, à 10 h; 30.

The following information from the Registry of the International
Court of Justice has been comri:unicated to the Press:

The International Court of Justice to-day held two sittings in
the case of Certain Nomegian Loans (France v. Norway).

M. André Gros, Legal Adviser of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs,
Agent, and then M. le Bâtonnier Marcel Poignstrd., of the Paris Bar,
Advocate, were called upon to address the Court and began the state-
ment of the argument of the French Government. Me Marcel Poignard
will continue thiç staternent at the next sitting of the Court wtiieh
will open to-iilorrow, May 14th, at 10.30 a.m.
