té de Genève, qui continuers l'exposé de la thèse du Gouvernemnt de

l'Inde,

Internationa lourt of Justice has been comnniuiicatedto the Press.

Today, Sep1;ember Z&h, 1957, the Intermitional Court of
Justice held trm hearhgs in the case of the Right of Passage
over Indian Tecritory (~ortu~nl v. Xndis),

gr. C.H.M. i'aldock, Professor of Internationa Law at
the University of Qxford, continued to put the case far the
Goverment of India. He will conclude his speech at the
morning hearjng of tornorrow, September 25th, at 10.30 am, He
wi13 be followed by Professor P, Guggenheim, Professor of
International Law in the Law Faculty of the U~versity of
Geneva, who wlll continue the presentation of the case for
the Gox~ernmentof India.
