DISSENTING OPINION OF JUDGE TARASSOV

1have unfortunately been obliged to vote against the Order by which
the Court has decided that the Application by Nicaragua for permission
to intervene under Article 62 of the Statute in the case concerning the
Land, Island and Maritime FrontierDispute (El Salvador/Hondurasj
shouldbe dealt with by the Chamber formed to deal with the case.

"it is forthe Chamber formed to deal withthe present case to decide
whether the application forpermission to interveneunder Article 62
