Volumes in this series are published after the termination of a case and contain the documentation relating to the case in the original language (that is, in English or in French).
This comprises the document instituting proceedings, the written pleadings and their annexes, the verbatim records of the oral proceedings, and any documents submitted to the Court after the closure of the written proceedings.
The written pleadings are reproduced in full in hard copy. Annexes to the written pleadings and other documents are available in electronic format. QR codes for the annexes of these written pleadings and for other documents can be found at the end of each document.
Depending upon the length of the documents to be printed, one or more volumes are issued for each case.
