Pleadings, Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Qatar v. United Arab Emirates). These volumes of the I.C.J. Pleadings series contain the pleadings, oral arguments and other documents submitted by the Parties in the case.

The International Court of Justice announces the publication of the entire set of the reprinted decisions of its predecessor, the Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ). The 15 bound volumes include the collections of judgments from 1923-1930 (Series A), advisory opinions from 1923-1930 (Series B), along with the collections of judgments, orders and advisory opinions from 1931-1940 (Series A/B).

The International Court of Justice announces the publication of a volume of I.C.J. Pleadings, Délimitation maritime dans l'océan Indien (Somalie c. Kenya). This volume of the I.C.J. Pleadings contains the pleadings, oral arguments and other documents submitted by the Parties in the case.

By an Order dated 4 August 2023 in the advisory proceedings on the Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change, the President of the Court extended to 22 January 2024 the time-limit within which written statements on the questions put to the Court may be submitted and to 22 April 2024 the time-limit within which States and organizations having presented written statements to the Court may submit written comments on the other written statements.
