a copy of an Application by Ukraine instituting proceedings against the Russian
Federation entitled "Dispute relating to Allegations of Genocide" (the "Application")
as well as a Request for the indication of provisional measures dated 26 February 2022
(the "Request").

1. Ukraine filed an Application with the Court on 25 February 2022, instituting
proceedings against the Russian Federation in a dispute concerning the interpretation,
application or fulfilment of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of
