On Friday 19 July 2024, the Court will deliver its Advisory Opinion in respect of the Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem. A public sitting will take place at 3 p.m. at the Peace Palace in The Hague, during which Judge Nawaf Salam, President of the Court, will read out the Court’s Opinion. 

The Court to deliver its Advisory Opinion on Friday 19 July 2024 at 3 p.m.

Declaration of Intervention of Spain

of the government of Israel, such as, for example, the statement made on 12 October
2023 by the then Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of Israel, Israel Katz, on his X
account, which read : "The line has been crossed. We will fight the terrorist organization
Ha mas and destroy it. All the civi lian population in Gaza is ordered to leave immediately.
We will win . They will not receive a drop of water or a single battery until they leave the
world."
