ORDER

The President ofthe International Court of Justice,

Havingregard to Article 48 ofthe Statute ofthe Courtand to Article 44
of the Rules of Court,
Having regard to theOrder made by the Court on 19June 1992fixing
1December 1992and 1June 1993astime-limitsforthe Replyofthe Portu-
guese Republic and the Rejoinder of the Commonwealth of Australia,
respectivel;

Whereas the Reply of Portugal was duly filed within the time-limit
fixed therefor;
Whereas by a letter dated 26 April 1993 the Agent of Australia
requested thatthe time-limit forthe Rejoinder be extended to 1July 1993

Whereasthe Agent of Portugal, consulted pursuant to Article 44,para-
graph 3,ofthe RulesofCourt, indicated byaletter dated 14May 1993that
his Government did not opposethe request of Australia,

Extends to 1July 1993the time-limit forthe filing of the Rejoinder of
the Commonwealth of Australia; and
Reservesthe subsequent procedure forfurther decision.

Vul'article 48du Statut de la Cour et l'article 44deson Règlement,

Vu l'ordonnance du 19 juin 1992 par laquelle la Cour a fixé au
le'décembre1992etau le'juin 1993lesdatesd'expiration des délaispour
le dépôt,respectivement, de laréplique delaRépubliqueportugaise et de
la duplique du Commonwealth d'Australie;

Considérantquela réplique du Portugal a étdûment déposéedans le
délaifixé;
Considérantque, par une lettre datéedu6avril 1993,l'agentde 1'Aus-
tralie a demandé que la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôtde la
duplique soit reportéeau lerjuillet 1993;

Considérantque l'agent du Portugal, consulté conformémentau para-
graphe3 de l'article 44du Règlementde la Cour,aindiqué par une lettre
du 14mai 1993que songouvernementn'était pasopposé àla demande de
l'Australie,

Reporteau lerjuillet 1993la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôtde
la duplique du Commonwealth d'Australie;
Réservela suite de la procédure.
