The Court fixes time-limits for the filing of a Reply and a Rejoinder
THE HAGUE, 18 June 2004. By an Order dated 17 June 2004, the International Court of
Justice (ICJ) has authorized the submission of a Reply by the Republic of the Congo and a
Rejoinder by France in the case conceming Certain Criminal Proceedings in France (Republic of
the Congo v. France)
In its Order the Court fixed 10 December 2004 and 10 June 2005 as respective time-limits
for the filing of these pleadings.
The Court adopted this Order taking account of the agreement of the Parties and of the
particular circumstancesf the case.
