ORDONNANCE

Le Présidentde la Cour internationale de Justice,
Vu l'article 48 du Statut de la Cour et les articles 44 et 46, para-

graphe 1, de son Règlement,
Vu le compromis entre la République de Hongrie et la République
slovaque, signéà Bruxelles le 7 avril 1993et notifiéconjointemeàtla
Cour le 2 juillet 1993, par lequel les Parties ont souàila Cour les
contestations qui les opposent concernant le projetabCikovo-Nagy-
maros,
Vu l'ordonnance de la Cour en date du 14juillet 1993,fixant au 2 mai

1994la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôtd'un mémoirepar cha-
cune des Parties et audécembre1994la date d'expiration du délaipour
le dépôt d'un contre-mémoire par chacune des Parties, et réservant la
suite de la procédure;
Considérant que les mémoires etles contre-mémoires des Parties ont
étédûment déposésdans les délais ainsifixés;
Considérant qu'au paragraphe 2 c) de l'article 3 du compromis sus-

mentionnéles Parties prient la Cour de bien vouloir ordonner la présen-
tation par chacune d'elles d'une réplique dans les délais que la Cour
indiquera;
Compte tenu des vues expriméessur ces délaispar les agents des Par-
ties, lors d'une réunionque le Présidentde la Cour a tenue avec eux le

ORDER

The President of the International Court of Justice,

Having regard to Article 48 of the Statute of the Court and to
Articles 44 and 46, paragraph1, of the Rules of Court,
Having regard to the Special Agreement between the Republic of
Hungary and the Slovak Republic, signed in Brussels on 7 April 1993
and notifiedjointly to the Court on 2 July 1993, whereby the Parties
submitted to the Court the differences between them concerning the
Gabtikovo-Nagymaros Project,

Having regard to the Order of the Court dated 14 July 1993, fixing
2 May 1994as the tiine-limit for the filing of a Memorbyleach of the
Parties and5 December 1994as the time-limit for the filing of a Counter-
Memorial by each of the Parties, and reserving the subsequent procedure
for further decision;
Whereas the Memorials and Counter-Memorials of the Parties were
duly filed within the time-limits thus fixed;

Whereas in Article 3, paragraph2 (c),of the aforementioned Special
Agreement the Parties request the Court to order the presentation, by
each of the Parties, of a Reply withinch time-limits as the Court may
order;
Taking into account the views expressed on those time-limits by the
Agents of the Parties..in the course of a meeting that the President of the

Fixe au 20juin 1995 la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôtd'une
répliquepar chacune des Parties;

Réservela suite de la procédure.

Fait en français et en anglais, le texte français faisant foi, au Palais de
la Paix,A La Haye, le vingt décembremil neuf cent quatre-vingt-qua-
torze, en trois exemplaires, dont l'un restera déposéaux archives de la
Cour etles autres seront transmis respectivement au Gouvernement de la
Républiquede Hongrie et au Gouvernement de la Républiqueslovaque.

placed in the archives of the Court and the others transmitteto the

Government of the Republic of Hungary and the Government of the
