ORDER

The President of the International Court of Justice,

having regard to Article48 of the Statute of the Court and to

Article62of the Rules of Court,
having regard to the Judgment 24 July1964 in the case concerning
the Barcelona Traction, Lightand Power Company, Limited (New

AP@lication:1962), by which the Court rejected the first and second
Preliminary Objections raised by the Government of the Spanish State
and joined the third and fourth Prelirninary Objections to the merits ;
Having ascertained the views of the Parties,

Fixes I July 1965 as the time-limit for the filing of the Counter-
Memorial of the Government of Spain ;
