Extension of tune-limif

The following information is communicated to the Press by the
Registry of the International Court of Justice:

By an Order of 21 March 1995 in the above case, the President of the
Court, upon a request of the Agent of Yugoslavia (Serbiaand Montenegro)
and after the views of Bosnia and Herzegovina had been ascertained, has
extended the time-limit for the filing of the Counter-Memorial of
Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) to 30 June 1995.

The subsequent procedure has been reserved for further decision.
