lke following information is made available to the press by the Kegistry
of the International Court of Justice:

On 23 February 1987, within the time-limit fixed by the Court in an
Order of 22 October 1986, the Agent of Honduras filed a Memorial in the case
concerning Border and Transborder Armed Actions (Nicaragua v. Honduras).

In this Memorial t:he Government of Honduras confines itself to questions
of jurisdiction and adniissibility, in accordance with what the Court, taking

into account an agreement between the Parties, decided in the above-mentioned
Order.

The time-limit fixed by the Court for Nicaragua's Counter-Memorial on
the same questions is 22 June 1987.
