This series consists of the Court’s various basic texts. Eight bilingual editions (English and French) have been published, the latest in 2024. They contain the Charter of the United Nations, the Statute and Rules of Court, the Practice Directions and a number of other texts. The latest revised edition of this publication includes the updated Rules of Court, and the updated Practice Directions of the Court as amended on 21 October 2019, 11 December 2019, 25 June 2020, 20 January 2021 and 1 June 2024. It also includes comprehensive analytic indexes in both official languages of the Court.
