These Supplemental Documents ofthe State of Qatar are .filedpursuant to the decjsions of the

Court that were transmitted to the Parties by letters of the Registrar dated 5 July 1999 and

9 December 1999, respectively.

In accordance with those decisions, Qatar hereby submits two Expert Reports and 41 historie

documents and maps. The first parthis volume contains the Expert Report of Professer

Thomas D. Rabenhorst on Fasht al-Az~d the~xper R eport of Mr. Brian Murphy and

Professor. Victor Prescott on Qit'at Jaradah. The second part of this volume contains the

historie documents and maps. These are listed and organisedogical order, except in

certain cases where, for the sakevenience, two or more documents conceming the same

subject have been grouped together. Each document or groupments is preceded by a
brief commentary. The third and fmal part of the volume contains translations into French of
