The President of the International Court of Justice,
Having regard to Article 48 oftheatute of the Court and to Article 37

of theRules of Court,
Having regard to the Order of 8 March 1967,fixing 21 August 1967
as the time-limit for the filingof the Memorial of the Federal Republic of
Germany and 20 February 1968 as the time-limit for the filing of the
Counter-Memorial of Denmark and reserving the subsequent procedure
for furtherdecision;
Whereas the Memorial of the Federal Republic of Germany and the

Counter-Memorial of Denmark were filed within the time-limits so
prescribed
Having ascertained the views of the Parties,
Fixes as follows the time-li~nitsfor the further proceedings:

For the filing of theReply of the Federal Republic of Germany,
31May 1968;
For the filing of the Rejoinder of Denmark, 30 August 1968.
Done in English and French, the English text being authoritative, at
the Peace Palace, The Hague, this first day of March, one thousande

Cour,
Vu l'ordonnance du 8 mars 1967fixant au août 1967la date d'expi-
ration du délaipour le dépôt du mémoire de la République fédérale
d'Allemagne et au0 février1968celle du délaipour le dépôtdu contre-
mémoiredu Danemark et réservantla suite de la procédure;

Considérant quele mémoirede la Républiquefédérale d'Allemaete
le contre-mémoire du Danemark ont été déposédsans les délais ainsi
prescrits
Après s'êtrrenseignéauprès des Parties,
Fixe comme suit la date d'expiration des délaispour la suite de la
procédure:
Pour le dépôtde la répliquede la République fédérale d'Allemagne,

le 31 mai 1968;
Pour le dépôtde la duplique du Danemark, le 30 août 1968.
Fait en anglais et en français, le texte anglais faisant foi, au Palais de
la Paixà La Haye, le premier mars mil neuf cent soixante-huit, en trois
