IMPORTANT REMINDER TO THE MEDIA

The deadline for press accreditation expires tomorrow,
Thursday 1 July 2004, at midnight

THE HAGUE, 30 June 2004. The Information Department of the International Court of
Justice (ICJ) reminds media representatives that the deadline for submitting their online requests

for accreditation to attend the reading of the Advisory Opinion of the Court in the case concerning
the Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wali in the Occupied Palestinian Territory
(request for advisory opinion) expires tomorrow, Thursday 1July4 at midnight.

After that date, the on-line application form for media accreditation will be withdrawn

from the home page of the Court's website (www.icj-cij.org), and it will no longer be possible
to request accreditation to attend the public sitting in this case on 9 July 2004.

of the February 2004 hearings) are avai1able on1ine on the Court's website (www.icj-cij.org). The
readingof the Court's Advisory Opinion will be broadcast live on the Court's website and the full

text of the Court's Advisory Opinion will be available online on completion of the reading on
9 July 2004. On the Court's home page, click on "Docket", and then on the hyperlink Legal

advisory opinion). Then consult the menu displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.
