Hon. Dean Acheson, Professor PLrto and Professor Reuter, Counsel, in
the oral reply on behalf of the Government of Cai;ibodia,ad M. Seni
Framoj,Professor Rolin, l~h, JamesNevins Hyde and Sir Frank Soskice,
Counsel, in the oralrs joinderon behalf of the Govsrnnlent of
TharlLand.

The President stated that the finalSubmissions of the Parties
having been duLy filcd, he deçlared the oral proceedings closed. The
Partics would be du& iniormed of the date on whfch the Court would
give its Judgment in open Court. Lt understood that the Court
would be ableto contact the Agents of the Parties in the evznt of
it rvuuiring further infornation.
