The following information from the Registry of the International
Court of Justice is cornmunicated to the Press:
At the hearings opening on Tuesday, 26 April 1960, in the matter
of the Constitution of the Maritime Safety Cornmittee (~equest for
Advisory opinion), the States participating in the oral proceedings
