En l'affaire de l'incident aérien du 27 Juillet 1955, intro-
duite par requête du Gouvernement du Royazme-Uni de Grande Bretagne
et d 'Irlande du Xord contre la Republique populaire de Bulgarie,

l'Agent du Gouvernern~nt bulgare avait demandé à la Cour, par lettre
du IL+ mi 1959, .de proroger de deux inois le délai qui lui avait été
imparti pour le d6nôt de son contre-mémoire (ou de ses exceptions
préliibsires), u.&lai qui expirait le 9 juin 1959. Cette deaande
-* a été comnuniquée à l'Agent du Gouvernement du Royame-Uni qui a
déchré ntg pas faire d'objection.

Par ordofinance du 27 mai1959, la Cour a reporté la date d'ex-
piration du délai au 10 aoOt 1959.
