The follovring information f'rom the Registry of the Ifiternational
Court of Justice iç coninunicated to the Press:
To-day, Sa,l;urdag, Ilgay2nd, 1959, the International Court of
Justice held a hearing in the case concerning Sovereignty over certain
frontier land (~rl~iain/Ne i;herland).
At the beginning of the hearing, the President called upon
Judge Sir Percy Spender who put a question to the Parties.
