Le lundi 27 amil 1959 10 h, 30, 1, Cour tiendra la
première des audiences en l'affaire relative à la souveraineté sur
certaines parcelles frontalieres.
On se souvient que cette affaire a ét6 portée devant la Cour
par accord entre la Belgique et Les Pays-Bas, notifié à la Cour le
27 novembre 1957. Le differend concerne la souverainet sur les
parceiles cadastrales connues do la6 à 1843 sousles Nos 91 et 92,
Section A, Zondereygen. II sr agit dc parcelles sJtuées dansla
région f~ontalière de 3aarZe-Nassau et Baa~le-Duc.
La Cour est
invit& dire auquel des deux Etats appartient la souveraineté sur
ces parcelles.
Apres le dépôt du compromis, les diverses étapes de la
procédure écrite se sont d&roul&cs, la dernière pièceécrite ayznt
et4 déposee par les Pays-Sas le 31mars 1959.

hold the first of the hearings in the case concerning Sovereignty
over certain Frontier Lsnd.
Itwill be recallcd that this case was brought bef ore the
Court by an Agreement btween Belgivm and the NeYFterlands which
urasnotified to the Court on Wovember 27th, 1957, The dispute
concerns the sovereignt yver plots of land shown in the survey
andhown from 1836 to lg.43as Nos. 91 and 92, Section A,
Zondereygen. The plots in question are situated in the frontier
regon of Baerle-Nassa und Baerlc-Duc. The Court is rccuested
to say to which of the two States sovereignty over thcse plots
belong s
Aftes the filing of the Special Agreement, thevarious
stagesof the witten proceeàings were accomplbhed, the last
written pletadhg being filed by the Nethcrlands on March jlst,
1959.
