Les reilseignements suivants émanant du Greffe de la Cour
internationale de Justice ont été mis 12 dispsiiion de La.presse:

' La Cour fritemationale de Justice a tenu auj~urdrhili,, 8 mars
1955, en llaffaire IIottebohm (~iechtenstei , ~uatemah) deux
audiences au cours desquelles pieHenri Rolin a terminé la duplique
orale au norn du Gouvernement diu~uateinah .

Le Vice-President ,isant fonction de Président, a ensutte
déchr4 que la Cour, ayant entendu les exps6s oraux présentésau nom

des parties, avertirait les Agents de la date à laquelle une décision
serait prononcée. Entre-temps au cas 06 la Cour aurait besoin de
renseignement supplgmentaire sue stadresser2 aux Agents des
Parties, auxquels elle demande de bien vouloir se tenir à sa dis-
position.

Court, havingh~ard the oral arguments submitted on bebalf of the

Parties, muld fiforin the Agents of the date on pihich a decision would
be given, pT~an~~hile, should the Court rrquire any further iflormation,
it Would comicate with the Agents of the Parties,who were requested
to remain at the disposal of the Court.
