I have the honour, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Senegal, to declare that, in conformity with Article 36, paragraph 2, of the Statute of the International Court of Justice, it accepts, on condition of reciprocity as compulsory ipso facto and without special convention, in relation to any other State accepting the same obligation, the jurisdiction of the Court over all legal disputes arising after the present declaration, concerning:

* The interpretation of a treaty;
