DECLARATION OF VICE-PRESIDENT ODA

Myview,asappears inmyseparate opinion,isthat the DanishApplica-

tion was misconceivedand that the case should havebeen dismissed. As
this viewdid not prevail,the Court hasaken a decision on the substance
of the case.drawine aoarticular line of delimitation the choice of which
does notaipear tomeiobe founded onanyjustifiable reasoning.Consid-
ering, however, ihatthe line in question does lie withinthe infinite range
ofthose ~ossibilitieswhichcould have beenselectedbvthe Parties ifthev
had reached agreement,1havedecided that itisproPeiforme tovotewith
the majority despite mydifference of opinion on severalpoints.
