ORDER
The President of the International Court of Justice,
Havingregard to Article8ofthe Statute ofthe Courtand toArticle37
of the Rules of Court,
Having regard to theOrder of 12January 1966fixingthetime-limits
for the filingof the Reply of the Government of Belgiumand then-
der of the Government of Spain;
Whereas, by aletter dated 7 October 1966and receivedand filedin the
Registry on 13October 1966,the Agent for the Government of Belgium,
for the reasonsherein set out, requested an extension of six months of
the time-limit, fixed at 30 November 1966,for the filing of the Reply;
Whereas, on 13 October 1966,a certified true copy of the aforemen-
tioned letter was transmitted to the Agent for the Government of
Spain who was asked to make known the views of that Government
on the request
Whereas, by a letter dated 25 October 1966,the Agent for the Govern-
ment of Spain stated that that Government raised no objection to the
4principle of an extension of the time-limit fixedfor the filingof the Reply
and further stated that the Spanish Government could but leave to the
Court's appraisal the duration of the extension to be granted,
Extends to 24April1967 the time-limit for the filingofthe Reply of the
Government of Belgium and to 2 October 1967 the time-limit for the
filing of the Rejoinder of the Government of Spain.
Done in French and in English, the French text being authoritative,
at the Peace Palace, The Hague, this twenty-third day ofNovember,one
thousand nine hundred and sixty-six, in three copies, one of which will
be placed in the archives of the Court and the others transmitted to the
Government of Belgium and to the Government of Spain, respectively.

Le Président dela Cour internationale de Justice,
Vu l'article du Statut de la Cour et l'article 37 du Règlementde la
Cour,
Vu l'ordonnance du 12janvier 1966fixantla date d'expirationdesdélais
pour le dépôt de la réplique du Gouvernementbelgeet de la duplique du
Gouvernement espagnol
Considérant que,par lettre du 7 octobre 1966reçue et enregistréeau
Greffe le 13 octobre 1966, l'agent du Gouvernement belge a, pour les
raisons par lui indiquées, demandé une prorogation de six mois du
délaipour le dépôt de la réplique,dont la date d'expiration avait été
fixéeau 30 novembre 1966;
Considérant queleoctobre 1966copie certifiéeconforme de ladite
lettre a étécommuniquée'agent du Gouvernement espagnol, qui a
étéinvitéfaire connaître les vues de son gouvàcet égard;
Considérantque, par lettre du 25 octobre 1966,l'agent du Gouverne-
ment espagnol a fait connaître que son gouvernement ne soulèvepas

trois exemplaires, dont l'un restera déposé aux archives dela Cour et
dont les autres seront transmis respectivement au Gouvernement belge
et au Gouvernement espagnol.
