ORDER

The Vice-President of the International Court of Justice, Acting
President under Article 13 of the Rules of Court,

Having regard to Article 48 of the Statute of the Court and to Ar-
ticle 37 of theles of Court,
Having regard to the Order of 16September 1971furing16December
1971as the time-limit for the filing of the Memorial of the Government
of India,

Whereas, on 3 December 1971at a meeting attended by the Agents
of both Parties, the Agent for the Government ofndia requested,for
practical reasons, that the time-limit for the filing of the Memorial be
extended to 22 December 1971;

Whereas no objection was raised by the Agent for the Govemment of
Pakistan;

Extends to 22 December 1971 the time-limit for the filing of the
Memorial of the Government of India;
Reservesthe subsequentprocedure for further decision.

Done in French and in English, the French text being authoritative,
at the Peace Palace, The Hague, this third day of December, onehou-
sand nine hundred and seventy-one,in three copies, one of which willbe

Le Vice-Présidentde la Cour internationale de Justice,faisant fonction
de Président en vertude l'article 13du Règlementde la Cour,

Vu l'articledu Statut de la Cour et l'article 37 du Règlementde la
Cour,
Vu l'ordonnance du 16 septembre 1971fixant au 16 décembre1971
la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôtdu mémoiredu Gouverne-
ment indien,

Considérantque,le 3 décembre1971,au coursd'une réunionàlaquelle
assistaient les agents des deux gouvernements,l'agentdu Gouvernement
indien a demandépour des raisons matérielles lereport au 22 décembre
1971de la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôtdu mémoire;
Considérant que l'agentduvernementpakistanais n'a pas soulevé
d'objection;

Reporte au22 décembre1971la date d'expiration du délaipour le
dépôtdu mémoiredu Gouvernementindien;
