ORDER
The President of the International Court of Justice,
having regard to Article 48 of the Statute of the Court and to
Article 37 of the Rules of Court,
having regard to the Order of 11June 1965,extending to 31 December
1965 the time-limit for the filing of the Counter-Memorial of the
Government of Spain and reserving the subsequent procedure for
further decision;
Whereas the Counter-Memorial of the Government of Spain was
filed within the time-limit as so extended;
Having ascertained the views of the Parties,
fixes as follows the tirne-limits for the further proceedings:
forthe filing of the Reply ofthe Government of Belgium,30November
1966;
for the filing of the Rejoinder of the Goverriment of Spain, 30 April
1967.

the Peace Palace, The Hague, this twelfth day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and sixty-six, in three copies, one of which will be placed
in the archives oftheCourt and the otherstransmitted to the Government
of Belgium and to the Government of Spain, respectively.

vu l'article du Statut de la Cour et l'article 37 du Règlement de
la Cour,
vu l'ordonnance du 11juin 1965 reportant au 31 décembre 1965a
date d'expiration du délai fixépour le dépôt du contre-mémoire du
Gouvernement espagnol et réservantla suite de la procédure;
Considérant quele contre-mémoiredu Gouvernement espagnol a été
déposédans le délaiainsi prorogé;
Aprèss'être renseigauprèsdes Parties,
fixe comme suit la date d'expiration des délaispour la suite de la
procédure:
pour le dépôt de la répliquedu Gouvernement belge, le 30novembre
1966;
pour le dépôtde la duplique du Gouvernement espagnol, le 30 avril
