ORDER

The President of the International Court of Justice,
having regard to Article of the Statute of the Court,

having regard to Article 37 of thees of Court;
Having regard to the Order of November 26th, 1957, whereby

the Court fixed June znd, 1958, as the time-limit for the filing of
the Memorial of the Government of the UnitedKingdom of Great
Britain and NorthernIreland and reserved for a subsequent Order
the fixing of a time-limit for the filing by the Respondent of its
Counter-Memorial ;
After ascertaining the views of the Respondent,
Fixes December gth, 1958, as the time-limit for the filing of the
Counter-Memorial of the Government of the People's Republic of
Bulgaria;
Reserves the rest of the procedure for further decision.
Done in English and French, the English text being authoritative,
at the Peace Palace, The Hague, this twenty-seventh day of
January, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight, in three

Le Président de la Cour internationale de Justice,

vu l'article du Statut de la Cour,
vu l'artic37 du Règlement de la Cour;

Vu l'ordonnance du 26 novembre 1957 par laquelle la Cour a
fixéau 2 juin1958la date d'expiration du délaipour le dépôt du
mémoiredu Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne
et d'Irlande du Nord et réservépour une ordonnance à rendre
ultérieurement la fixation d'un délai pour la présentation par la
Partie défenderessede son contre-mémoire;
Après s'êtrerenseignéauprès de la Partie défenderesse,
Fixe au 9 décembre 1958 la date d'expiration du délai pour le
dépôt du contre-mémoire du Gouvernement de la République
populaire de Bulgarie
Réservela suite de la procédure.
Fait en anglais et en français, le texte anglais faisant foi, au
Palais de la Paix, à La Haye, le vingt-sept janvier mil neuf cent
cinquante-huit, en trois exemplaires, dont l'un restera déposéaux
archives de la Cour et dont les autres seront transmis respectivementand the others transmitted to the Government of the United
